Young Investigator Training Program (YITP)
The Young Investigator Training Program (YITP) financed by ACRI (Italian Banking Foundation Association) will give to 10 young researchers from Europe the opportunity to experience a different scientific environment by spending one month in an Italian Research Center, in connection with the participation in the ECIS 2016 Conference.
The program is aimed at enabling young researchers to establish and consolidate relationships with Italian research groups, thus promoting the definition of common projects and research activities.
Each research award consists in 3000,00 euros, the amount will be subject to Italian taxation.
The young researchers will apply by uploading the requested documents and information along with the submission of the abstract of their contribution to the ECIS 2016 Conference.
Please refer to the profile requested for the applicants and the instructions for application before submitting your abstract.
The decision will be taken by a special Jury nominated by the Conference Organizing Committee. Deadline for applications April 24, 2016. Notification will be transmitted by July 10th, 2016.
The opportunity is strictly connected to the Conference also in terms of time. It means that the period (one month) the winners are expected to spend in the host group must start immediately after the end of the ECIS 2016 Conference (not later than September 15th 2016).
The applicants can chose among the following hosting Italian Research Centers:
